Senior Project Manager - Architecture, Casino & Hospitality (Lacey, WA)

Established design-build firm right outside Tacoma, WA is adding a Senior Project Manager on the architecture side. They design and build casinos, luxury hospitality and high-end restaurants across the U.S. We've worked with them for about 6 years and placed and relocated many people there. Very good company, very high-quality people, and a lot of room for growth.

Ideal candidate:

• Has led architectural projects for casinos, gaming, resorts, luxury hospitality or entertainment. This is the must-have.
• 7+ years managing complex commercial architectural projects through DD, CDs and CA.
• Advanced Revit, plus AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Coordinates interior, structural, MEP and specialty consultants and handles permitting and code research.
• Willing to relocate to the Lacey / Tacoma area and travel occasionally to sites. Relocation package available.
• Architectural license preferred, not required.

Pay: $150K to $180K base depending on experience.
