Established commercial roofing and waterproofing contractor in the Washington, DC / Maryland area is adding a Project Manager. You'd run commercial roofing and waterproofing projects from contract award through closeout.
Ideal candidate:
- Has managed commercial roofing projects, ideally new construction. This is the must-have.
- Handles submittals, shop drawings, change orders, billing and closeout.
- Runs budgets and schedules and coordinates superintendents, crews and subs.
- Lives within commuting distance of Capitol Heights, MD and can be on site weekly.
Pay: $120K to $140K base depending on experience.
