Construction Operations Manager

Location: Texas , Houston, Dallas, Austin, or San Antonio

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction operations and project execution
• Lead and support Project Managers, APMs, Project Coordinators, and Superintendents
• Recruit, hire, and develop APMs, Project Coordinators, and Superintendents
• Maintain accountability for schedules, budgets, quality, and project performance
• Provide hands-on project management support when needed
• Improve processes, systems, and operational efficiency as the company grows
• Coordinate closely with field teams and internal trades
• Help build a strong, scalable construction team across Texas

Ideal Candidate

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience
• Experience with ground-up restaurant and/or retail construction
• Experience with tilt-up, metal buildings, or similar commercial construction preferred
• Strong project management and operational leadership experience
• Proven ability to build and manage construction teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company
• Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations



Compensation

• $100,000–$130,000 base salary, depending on experience
• 25–50% performance-based bonus
• Total compensation can reach $150,000–$190,000+
